Oracle/San Manuel Office
These are rural behavioral health offices located in Oracle and San Manuel, AZ. SPV was established in July 2000 by Superstition Mountain Mental Health Center located in Apache Junction, AZ. SMMHC, Inc. recognized the need for an agency that could treat mental illness, promote mental health and help prevent the worsening of the symptoms of mental illness.
SPV provides outpatient services for children and adults experiencing psychiatric, mental health, alcohol or other drug abuse problems.
San Pedro Valley Behavioral Health Agency's goal is to make services available to everyone in need, regardless of their age, sex, religion, ethnicity, handicap disorder or income level.
SPV is working hard to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental illness among children, adolescents and the elderly.

Providing Mental Health Care in Our Community
The San Pedro Valley Behavioral Health Agency is responsible for delivering public mental health services in the Oracle, San Manuel, Mammoth, and immediate surrounding areas.
SPV is serving the community through collaboration with communities, counties, providers, consumers and their families. All of our activities are designed to promote positive attitudes about people we serve and their abilities and potential.
SPV staff works closely within the community, conferring with primary care providers, law enforcement, Child Protective Services, and other referring agencies. SPV recognizes the necessity of involving the community in their goal of mental health, wellness and community well-being.
The staff at SPV is aware of the cultural diversity within our community and continually strives to be sensitive to consumers and their families.
It is the goal of San Pedro Valley Behavioral Health to be an invaluable asset to our consumers, their families and our community.
